• Slow Roasted Prime Rib: all-natural Angus beef accompanied with creamed horseradish, mashed potatoes, French green beans, and au jus.

• Fresh Atlantic Salmon: a grilled filet of fresh salmon topped with lobster sauce, mashed potatoes, and French green beans.

• Pumpkin Ravioli: Browned butter, and sage
