Started in February of 2006 the band quickly gained the attention of the underground scene in the US and Europe with relentless touring and face-melting, neck-snapping tunes. Ever since their inception Whitechapel have been turning heads, whether it be by word of mouth, online, or through their devastating live show. With the line up of the band at its strongest and best it has ever been, the release of their highly anticipated full length album entitled The Somatic Defilement (Candlelight USA), and their freshly inked deal with Metal Blade Records, there is nothing that can stop them now.
